i would. esp if its an island. i would tell my family, and probably my friends.

but deep down i have this desire to keep the island for wild parties or one night stands.

it depends on how big is the island..if it is small..then i would just build a house enough to cater all my family members..
if the land is huge.. ha apa lagi.. i would build a hotel/chalets and make money.. and by letting everybody know i am actually promoting my business...

I would share it with my family and friends about 1 month out of the year! The only way they could get there is if they where blindfolded the whole way, that way they could not slip and tell anyone how to get there!
