I would be relieved because then I'll know why I'm so different from the people around me. But... I will quietly go on with my life as a human while looking out for others of my kind. If I have powers, I will use those powers to create immediate and lasting changes in the society. Then, I wouldn't have to rant everyday about all these corrupt officials that we have and about how unjust the world is, etc. etc...
