if this is an irrigated land, i will plant rice, if not, i have to plant coconut trees- the tree of life. in between spaces, some fruit trees. and not to be forgotten the bahay kubo!

Around the lot would be fruit-bearing trees. Primary and alternate crops to be planted will depend on the type of soil and climate.

Organic vegetables. Some pasture for a milk cow. In America the county extension office will test your soil and tell you what it needs and what it will do. Here I guess you need to ask the neighbors. They probably know all you would need to know.
rice will be high this year due to lost crops.Is that a good or bad future?

Lychee trees, because I love lychees. But sadly enough, I can't own any land here, so my wife would havbe to accept. Of course she'd plant rice because that's her business.

i have a small piece of lot beside my house. my mom planted red lady papaya.
when it bore fruits, it shocked the hell out of us. they were all so big, as big as a basketball. a single fruit weighs 3.5 kilos.
so that would be, papaya, lots of it.
at 50 a kilo now a days, it sure will rake in money.

can i have 2 hectares land now?
