Eat some fruits and vegetables everyday. Drink plenty of water: three liters a day if you can. You can do this by always bringing bottled water with you. It wont only prevent you from having pimples but also make your skin stunningly healthy. Sleep early. AVOID TOUCHING YOUR FACE. Hand is one of the dirtiest parts of our body. |

try not to eat oily foods and don't stress yourself too much. or if pimples/acnes runs in your genes even vicky belo cannot do anything about it. if you are not more than 20 just let them out coz it will lessen when you get 21. |

it's part of growing up... i haven't seen anyone with pimples who succeeded in getting rid of it. What should be done is to learn to accept that pimples is part of growing up and there is really no reason to be ashamed if you have it in your face. There will be times in your life that it will just vanish or maybe diminish... The only people in the world that is guaranteed to have no pimples at all are dead people. So let's all learn to accept it. Minimize, Yes! To get rid of it is impossible. |

Try an oil-free facial cleanser like Neutrogena bar or liquid. Nivea is very heavy and greasy as well. I would not use that. Instead try applying an acne cream. Or even a toner with acne medication in it. |

It's just a myth that eating chocolates and other food would cause pimples. That is not true at all. There is not scientific proof that acne is caused by what we ingest in our system. It mostly hereditary and do to our hormonal changes in our body.
Go to Belo and let them prescribe you with the right prescription that will get ride of or acne. |

you are using the wrong product for you.
dove and nivea are very creamy products and are intended for dry to very dry skin.
concentrate on getting rid or at least minimizing pimples, which is usually (but not always) caused by oiliness, or an unhealthy lifestyle (poor hygiene. food rich in oils, sweets, etc..) if not genes.
i suggest you go to a dermatologist to check on which cleanser will be appropriate for your skin.
i dont want to recommend any soaps without consulting with your dermatologist first. they may cost more, but at least its definitely worth it.
good luck! :) |

From your skin condition, it's apparent that moisturizers aren't enough for you. It seems like moisturizing your skin too much is making your skin more prone to blemishes--Dove soaps are loaded with moisturizers, what more if you're gonna add moisturizing cream. You might need to use a toner, astringent, and sunblock. Have you tried going to a dermatologist? It's much better if you're going to have a facial plus a prescribed skin care. |

sometimes you get pimples because of your genes. the best thing is to see a dermatologist. my sister went to a derma clinic and there was really an improvement. i guess an expert's advice is better |

Usually, we acquire pimples due to our hormonal changes so it is considered hereditary and we also acquire it from eating chocolates or foods with caffeine, fatty and oily foods. Just try to wash your face regularly with clean water and mild soap, don't expose yourself too much under the sun, go easy on the alcohol, eat right, chuck the cigarettes, load up your zzzz's (have enough sleep) and it is also much better if you consult your dermatologist. <*-*> |
