In your life journey, what/who could make your burden lighter or more bearable?

It begin with ourselves. I think sometimes we are the one who create trouble for ourselves. Some don't recognize that they're being too hard on themselves.
Just like in a basketball or football game, we need to call a time out to check and correct what we are doing wrong.
Jesus told us to love your neighbor as you love youself.
Its good to have someone you TRUST as your mentor or confidant to help watch the blind spots of your vision and you can do the same for them. We don't need a so called confidant like the "scar" character in the movie "Lion King" (LOL)

We all have to carry our own cross. Jesus can lighten that burden if you let Him.

But, there is comfort in knowing that God had promised us that...
Isaiah 41:10
So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you will my righteous right hand.

Also, in Deutenoromy 31:6, God had promised..."Be strong and courageous, don't be afraid, nor be scared of them: for Yahweh your God, he it is who does go with you; he will not fail you, nor forsake you."

See? these alone, standing in the promises of God keeps me going, through it all... I know I can survive unscathed and unbeaten because my God is with me as HE is with everybody else.. all we have to do is let Him care for us, offer Him all our burdens and He will ease it all up...1 Peter 5:7 "Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you"

Of course God, but in my current situation, I realized that it's also my family, most especially my parents. Next is my mentor. They keep my feet on the ground besides keeping me sane. They're all not here.

my family and friends back home are my inspirations... whenever I think of them, it makes me go on and pursue life, and just do my best... all I want is to be with them and have a complete family someday... through my faith and determination, I can go through all of the challenges in life... it's only the matter of time...

My loved ones. They help me make sense of almost all my problems. I also ask for enlightenment and guidance from Him. It helps a lot in giving and surrendering it all up to Him.

My life's journey is at its peak and soon will be on its trail back to where it all started. While navigating down the road, I still see some potholes and feel the bumps. But it has not caused much discomfort as when I was going uphill some decades ago. Moreso, the load is much lighter and bearable.

My grown children have helped to make the weight lighter on my trek down. They each have carved a niche for themselves which leaves me free to think not of themselves but of my own self this time. I worry but not as much as I did when they were pretty much young. Yes, the load is very much bearable.
