From your definition of a perfect country, none. All countries in this world do not meet at least one criteria you list above including New Zealand and Australia.

Most "developed" countries have one or other religious leaning, and where there's religion there is intolerance. Irrespective of whatever else there may or may not be that is considered good or bad.

So if you can discover a region/people/tribe that is agnostic and amoral, where there is no government, no king or queen, no police force (nor need for one), no sense of avarice, no one deciding what you can or can't do (there's Singapore out the window straight away), no one coveting your property or your bedfellow...etc., etc., then let me know, and I'll be on the first canoe out of here.

Its either PERFECT or IMPERFECT, you cannot have a "most perfect".
All the countries quoted above have their imperfections, and by the way, where did you get the idea that Canada does not go to war, or that aussies are friendly - like almost the most racist country in the world.

Due to your details I would say NONE..there are NO countries without some rascism, some corruption, some government corruption, or wars. Canada does stay out of wars but I wouldnt say they are the most perfect by any means.

my opinion of perfect country to me are small islands ie Saipan, Guam or Maldives because I yearning to open a small eatery outlet on any of these island when I retired. I love the easy going lifestyle and still could survive even with meagre income.

Nothing is perfect. That's everyone is always fighting and fighting. No country is perfect. Japan is a good candidate but still got some to improve. They still got Yakuza and the suicide rates is high.
