Oh i want to comment on the answer of pharaoh,Pokwang is the one who want to dress like that not Wowowee or ABS-CBN she do it to make the people who watch the show happy/enjoyed.

Pardon me? If you know Joey's and Vic's past you wouldn't doubt about his masculinity.

That issue has already been addressed by Joey. And he has apologized. Let us just say that Joey likes to poke fun - even his friends and co-hosts are not spared from the tricks he plays on people. But they know and understand that it is all in the name of entertainment, getting the people's laughs.

If one is so onion-skinned that he can't take jokes (sometimes way below the belt), he has no right to be in showbiz. In showbiz, you get all the flak -right, left, up, down, some good some bad reviews about your performance, about you and even your personal life. All one needs is a brave front, a thick-layered face (kapal muks) and stamina to survive the world of showbiz. And Pokwang should know that and be prepared for that.

Add: Willie R to the rescue of Pokwang as if he is unblemished. Look at how many women have cried because of him?! He has already lost 2 wives because he is a GOOD man. Maybe his show has not been faring well in the ratings and wants to get the people's attention. Well he tried but I don't think people are buying his antic. Good luck to him. What would he think next?

did he, or was he just provoking the management of wowowee on how they treated pokwang as a mascot? it's better to dress her like a clown that a "i don't know what term for that outfit" in wowowee.
joey is a blessing in disguise for pokwang.

i have no idea.

but he is definitely sarcastic in his (comedic) lines which other people find offensive. his loyalty is to his friends (and to the network he works for?)

and thanks to Vic Sotto, somehow he got a sort of leash on Joeys sarcasms, otherwise more people will be offended or he may not be in the business anymore.

i like him better than the one who take advantage of the poor people of the Philippines for his personal gain pretending to be of help. If your a Pilipino, you know who i'm talkin about.

he is not into bananas, he likes pie better. he is really known as a chick boy, lotsa kids with different women and a rape scandal resulting in a girl's suicide in the 80s. all tabloid fodder.

he makes huge bucks playing the gay roles. he likes to pick on competition when he sees one. Easier to break them down early, before they get to the top. The guy has strategy.

hahaha! i laughed when i first read your question, sorry about that. well, sometimes he acts as though he's a gay. i think that's part of his job as a comedian. however, he doesn't have the right to degrade or humiliate other people just to make people laugh.

my opinion is he is a sucker for ladies... he tell jokes or make fun of others without thinking. he doesn't know that what he is saying is affecting somebody that is not included... like the issue about Pokwang, it was funny and i like abou what he said but after i hear that Pokwang's daugher can' go to school anymore bcoz her classmates are teasing her that her mother is "aswang" (anything that is an evil creature).

i have been thinking about the same thing too. could it be that his past is just a cover up of his true identity? hmm. i really don't like his arrogance and self-centeredness. can he just take a hike and go somewhere else?

that's how showbusiness is. life has been harsh on Joey too but he tries to deal with it in a smooth way.

he's trying to live a quiet life but people keep on picking fights with him.
people like pokwang and the rest of the wowowee show don't deserve to be loved.
