Look:
.she belongs to a political dynasty family,
.she is a television star,
.she is liked by many,
. she probably knows very little about politics,
.she is rich.
The first two alone ensure her of a win after all we are talking Filipino politics aren't we.

Nothing is impossible in Philippine politics. We have elected actors as mayors, as governors, congressmen, senators, and even to the presidency.

She could be packaged as a real, sincere person wanting nothing but to help the country, carrying the torch lit by her father, the hero Ninoy, and her mother, former president and EDSA heroine Cory.

Add: I remember seeing on TV that it is her brother Noynoy who is interested to become VP. But between the 2, she indeed has better chances versus her drab and uninteresting senator-brother. Let me qualify: I did not say that I think this is a good idea. Just comparing.

What I know regarding people who would or likely to run for vice-presidency are Loren Legarda and Grace Padaca but I didn't heard that Kris Aquino would run, I know that she didn't like to run, isn't it? If she would run, I think it won't be effective, being a host and a TV personality is enough for her.
