Actually, this is serious: Monday morning is apparently a prime time for heart attacks. Latest research indicates it has to do with lack of sleep, due to the fact that people sleep later Saturday mornings, later still Sunday mornings, and then have to get up for work early on Monday.

Not mondays, but tuesdays. Mondays I'm still in weekend mode... but on Tuesdays, the weekend is far behind, and we still have 4 more long and gruesome days til the next one.

yes,when i'm still working last year.my kaki very berat lar esp morning shift when i must reach there at 6am and worked until 3.30pm(my shift is over at 2pm) because i can't finish my work or else the toilet bowl there will give me a big suprise tomorrow.

have a good sleep about 8-12 hours on Friday night. then you will get better in the next Monday morning, provided you don't hang out too late in Sunday night. Rather to have a new thing, new hair colour, new dress, new bag, new h/p, new face, new breast, new etc, to show off the people in the office is a luck of starting a new day.
