Why NOT?
Long long time ago, people say it is not possible to fly. Look at the aeroplane we have.
Look at the space craft we have.
Look at the submarine we have. |

No. The moon spins on its axis and circles the earth on an elliptical orbit. |

?

well, no... because it's kind of a long way. |

Maybe in the future, when they find out how to breathe in outer space and the moon without the big white suits. |

lol, its like attaching a ladder to a car and a tree then driving in circles. Kinda, well, no. Its like attaching a ladder to the earth and moon, and it rotating. Thats what its like. |

You'd need a lot of people holding the ladder steady! Maybe you could try for the next Malaysia Book of Records. It would be entertaining to watch! ;-] |

Personally, I think this is not possible at all.
Try taking a lift to maybe the 80th floor. You will notice the air is different. The air gets thinner and thinner as we goes higher and higher. By the time you finishes gearing up for the 'trip' by lift from earth to the moon, you find that you have fully made used of the space in a ift and you might end up going for this trip without a companion. (hahaha) |

do you think its possible?... i dont. |

No, it's not possible for several reasons, but it's too long to explain. Arthur C. Clarke, the famous sci-fi author who managed to base his novel on scientific realities and speculations talk about a similar project and its technical difficulties in a novel. |

With the kind of finances & atmosphere pressure, it's better to build a bullet train all sealed up like the "jetsons" but additional feature to fly & land with great precision. |

As a Civil Engineer I have to said you are out of your mind. The moon is orbiting the Earth, you don't want the ladder end up hitting airplane, building, and etc.
A good idea though! |
