If it is frozen soild, it is preserved. It is safe to eat, but it won't taste or look as good as when fresh. What you do - defrost it on low heat, e.g. at 105C for 30 minutes, then rebake at 250C for another 30 minutes ....Enjoy....
If you use a microwave oven, it will turn into a soggy mess .... |
