Are you a dumb ***? It's never safe to sleep with someone when you don't know where they're vag/dick has been..it could have been ANYWHERE!. And by anywhere I mean ranging from 75 year old men with yellow teeth..to STD filled genitalia. It's sick..of course it's not safe.

Its not safe to sleep with anybody unless you know absolutely that they aren't carrying anything, and how could you? Even if you have test results from someone showing they are clean of STDs they could have slept with someone after they took the test and came down with something. Some diseases (such as chlamydia) can even go dormant and "hide" from testing. Using a condom can be "safeER" but slip ups do occur.

People do lots of dangerous things knowing the risks i.e. take drugs, sky dive, etc. If you're THAT hard up for sex, use your hand, no matter how good a prostitute might be, its still breaking the law in most places, and is it really worth risking your life?

...And amidst all this warning off prostitutes bear a thought for them too. This is the most dangerous profession to be in not just in terms of what they might catch STD wise but violence wise and other abuse..Spare a thought and just say no to that biz

well, first of all, whether it's a prostitute, a girl you just met, or a girl you've been with for years, you should use a condom every time, because you never know what they could have, be carrying, and you always want to be safe. And it's also kind of illegal, so I'm going to go with a firm, NO. it's not okay, and it's not safe, haha.

on the other hand, not to contradict myself, they probably do take good care of themselves if they are very high priced.

It is safe to have sex as long as you use a condom. Though never go down on them, as you never know who has been there before you, and what they have. also dont try to kiss them on the lips, as they dont like it. Plus sometimes some girls like to give other customers bjs with no condom for extra money, so you dont know what they have on their lips. You can catch herpies that way.

Outside of those cases, having sex with a prostitute is considered a high-risk sexual activity.
