not really rich, maybe you can say earning above average. but you have to make good in any job you do to get proper compensation. call center is not an easy job just like any other.
in the philippines, an average call center agent (without experience) gets 12thousand - 16thousand basic salary a month. that's around 260-356 dollars. an average filipino worker would just earn 8-10thousand a month. with all the benefits like rice allowance, transportation allowance, health insurance and other commissions if you are on a sales account, an average call center agent earns 15-20 thousand a month. with all the government fees and etc deducted already. |
