Is russia considered asia?

Okay, my boo keep tryna tell me that because i am russian that means im asian..I say russia is not part of asia and he thinks it is.
So..is russia considered asia, or not?

No, Russia is NOT considered Asia. If anything, Alaska should be considered Russia (USSR).

Russia is partially in Asia and partially in Europe but if you are Russian you are NOT asian

Russia is stretched across two continents-Asia and Europe. So I suppose you could be considered an Asian. or a European, depending on which part of Russia you're from. But most people don't consider Russians Asians.

No, Russians are originally Slavs and Finish, but they colonized Asia as well.
For example, France has some African territory, does it mean that it's African ?

Yes, actually, most of Russia is technically in Asia. However, the westernmost parts of Russia, such as the Moscow area, would be considered European.

So unless you are from western Russia, yes, you are technically Asian. I have Indian heritage, so I'm considered "Asian."
