Yes, Changi International Airport is open 24 hours a day. It is also open on public holidays. Flights are scheduled almost every hour.

Changi Airport is one of the busiest airports. The cafes, restaurants, shops are also open 24 hours a day. Taxicabs are always available round the clock. The only that is closed at midnight and will open early in the morning will be Changi MRT/train to the city but dont you worry, there are cabs waiting for you outside.
