NO! You can't suntan without any clothes off. It is simply illegal to do so.

Singapore has very strict & stringent rules that if a girl goes topless in public, regardless it is at beach or swimming pool, you'll be arrested and caught. It is illegal to go off topless or totally nude at any beaches in Singapore. Pls be mindful of your own actions and consequences you may have to bear at your own costs!

If you really want to suntan with clothes off, you may wish to consider to buy your own suntanning machine and you can even think of going nude at home. That shouldn't be a problem at all. But don't forget, getting topless or nude at home will also be an offence if your neighbours happen to see you in nudity. They can also lodge a police report and get you arrested. So it is totally illegal to be naked in Singapore. Just be careful with what you do.

Nope, from ur window or apartment balcony are the safest places or the outlying islands where few pple visit like St John's island otherwise, no where out there, unless ur a guy or ur doing it at night. =)

No where in Sngapore is legal to be topless for lady at public place. You can only do it at your own house, or you can come to my house too.

There are no places in sentosa or singapore where u can sunbath topless officially without getting reprimanded by the police.

But u can try it anyways but u most probably will get weird stares from onlookers if no one complains abt you. :>
