I darn well hpe so because that will soon be me!

I am slowed down wiht a bit if arthritis but am learning to swim properly still have dreams of what I want. Still have a sexual life. Still appreciate beauty in nature and other people.

I am less bothered now than at any time before,
realxed in my body and my mind about who I am.

there is a great freedom in ageing - I still feel young, yet I have less inhibitions. After a lifetiem of pleasing others I am honed in to my own wants before I die.

For women there is a post-menopausal euphoria that kicks in dont know why, and i am still waiting for it but looking forward to it.

yes I think life is good whatever age you are.

Hell yeah, oh my word when i was growing up, at 50 you would sit in a rocking chair and knit, but not anymore, 50 is looking SO good, so i can just imagine what 60 brings.

A very wise old woman (my great grandmother) once told me just this: "The moment you lose your sense of curiousity toward life is the moment you might as well be dead!" I couldn't have said it any better myself. If you're losing your curiousity, then find new things that fascinate you more. Annabelle, my mother in-law is 77 years old, she lives alone and visits her mom everyday in a nursing home to make sure that she is being well taken care of.

she is only 5'4' she still rides her bike, exercise and do her prison ministry and very involved in church activity. she is also vegetarian since she was on her 20's and no vices and that's probably why she's very active and healthy.

she has more energy than me. so to answer your question as long as you're healthy then you should be enjoying your sixty-something...

Take on some hobby! Go for big walks. Enjoy life +
Read the Bible. Settle things in your mind. Reflect on your life. Apologize if you have anybody you offended and forgive those who offended you. Look forward to being in heaven.

I just turned 60 and believe me, life's better than it was when I was in my 50's. I don't know why - it just is.
