Oh sweetie you were not happy with the answers you got 2 weeks ago - I'm sorry. But asking it again doesn't change things - it's still feminine if it refers to a girl's nickname and it could be masculine or feminine if used as a pronoun.

sweet water
Most probably a girl's name. In the Philippines a name ending in the letter "a" is usually feminine.

if you're sure that it's a name, then it's definitely a girl's name; otherwise, if you just heard it and assumed that it's a name, you're probably referring to the tagalog pronoun "siya", which is not gender definitive.
"siya" may be referring to to these english pronouns: he, him, she, or her.

in some instances, If you feel like something fishy is going on, "siya" is also used as an alternative name in order to conceal the identity of the person involved in the conversation, which can also refer to both genders.

We have a neighbor whom we call "Sha", short for "Sharon". I don't think it's a Filipino name though because people here mostly use that as a nickname. Anyway, I think "Sha" can be used for any gender, though it's more on the feminine side. Filipinos are more experimentive with names nowadays.

Actually, it is spelled as 'siya.' It is only pronounced as SHA. And it is a tagalog pronoun for He and She.

Examples:
1.) Siya ay nag-iwan ng sulat para sa iyo kanina.---- He left a letter for you awhile ago.
2.) Siya ay naglalaro ng Barbie Doll.---- She is playing Barbie Doll.
