Yes, the rain is TERRIBLE!!! I was sitting in my office and looking out the window (I'm on the 24th floor), and all I kept thinking was, "how the heck will I ever get home?!". I felt like the building was gonna topple over! And the floods are terrible too. Some parts of Makati have knee-deep flood water. Ugh! |
