I think they're both owned by the same company. That would mean they're not into competing markets. It's good to have variety and to have choices. Sometimes, we feel like Jollibee. Sometimes, we feel like Chow King. It depends on what we're craving for the moment.

i like Jollibee... thanks to my wife who introduced it to me... :D

Jollibee for lunch, for their burgers and chickenjoy. Chow King for afternoon snack or, horrors, dinner. They've got a good selection of rice and noodle dishes, as well as dessert. Dinner is at either a good restaurant or home.

Over lunchtime, I want Chowking because there are varieties of food being served here. I also love their halo-halo & siopao especially during summers.
I seldom go to Jollibee like the last time was when we went to Dangwa just before November 1, we went home around 5 am & it is the only chain fastfood open that time! I want their dalandan & also their hotdog!

Jollibee...everything's yummy in jollibee! Chowking's food's delicious too but they put too much MSG.

Alias G
I personally prefer Chowking since they offer a wide variety of dishes, and some of which are almost similar to homecooked meals.

Chowking-pork siomai, chicken noodles, chopseuy and crispy noodles, rice chaofan and halo-halo. The best!

Jollibee is better than ChowKing! The fried chicken is so yummy and the pies are my type. They are the best!

How about Mac Joy? ;) Haha. I was over there back in August and I must say I liked Chow King (have the best breakfast menu I've ever seen in a fast food restaurant) better than Jollibee, but that's me.

Tony L
they are both owned by the same company, so your taste will depend on you(tama ba yon) . Chow King is more chinese style and Jollibee is pinoy na pinoy

That question is like which is better Jack in the box or Taco bell? I know chowking has good halohalo and manapua. Jollibee, chicken is good? I'll go for chowking noodles though.

d.t.
There are some nice Chinese food in Chowking but I like Jollibee better
