Siningang is better. For it is easier to cook. You can make sinigang na hipon (shrimp); sinigang na bangus (milkfish); sinigang na tilapia (pla-pla); sinigang na manok (chicken); sinigang na baboy (pork); or sinigang na baka (beef). You will use the same vegetables here.

Kare-KARE the day after a few drinks lol but i like it with ,ox tail in round Pisces ,tripe,potato's.pumpkin green,pompano peppers,and lots of goodies,nice steam dumplings in the side dump them in that stew yummy |

i like both - the real kare-kare with the tail, twalya, etc. I do enjoy sinigang more because it has veggies and other stuffs - i prefer pork sinigang in tamarind followed by bangus. |
