Yes, sweetie, it's gonna happen August 28 (Tuesday), 5:37 AM, Pacific Daylight Time (this is the time zone of ms. bini). That means you will get to enjoy it Tuesday (Aug.28) night at around 8-ish. Papa Chuck (in Australia) will see it 2 hrs earlier than you, but unfortunately for ms felicity, it's not visible from her geographical location. It is estimated to last for about 1 1/2 hrs. Enjoy!

About 6 or 7 pm perhaps. It would be starting at sunset of the evening tom, August 28, 2007. Yes, I'd be watching it since it's a rare occasion here in the Philippines. But I've saw on the news that there's still no assurance that we could see this especially if it rains tomorrow at that time.

yep tomorrow. the moon will enter the earth's shadow at around 4:51p and exits at 8:30p. hope we could catch a glimpse. let's blow those clouds away!!

The news said the exact time would be 6:37 PM Philippine time but it could be around 6 to 7 just like what the first answerer said.

In Malaysia, the eclipse begins at 3.52 pm on the 28 August..Visible only at 7.20 pm till 8.24pm.( 1920- 2024hr)
