First of all I think this country had been run for the Bummi. Chinese and others are seconded.

The Malaysia Plan had been through so many years, yet what had been achieved by the government.

We had the tallest building but we have a lot of schools that don't have basic facilities.

We have high way but the toll never stop from increasing.

We had most declare advance state but it is also the fastest state to be flood

We have Automobile factory but the people never benefit from it.

We have export home make automobile but rated as worse import car.

We have ACA but the Top guy is corrupted

My opinion, corrupted, unorganized, wasting resources and wasting money.
i know the new PM is doing his best but his best is not good enough.
the government has not done anything that harm us directly but in directly i would say yes. like fail to control crime rate and strengthen our current economy. the only industry is doing well is palm oil and oil & gas. the rest is struggling.
ACA is just a puppet catching small fish not big fish.
Not forgetting price increase. Thanks but NO THANKS

UMNO:- Fighting for malay right (only for rich malay not the poor)
PAS:- Lost in their religion
Keadilan:- keadilian for anwar ibrahim
MCA:-Not fighting for chinese right
MIC:- Is all about Samy Vellu. rest of indian not important.
DAP:- Fighting for chinese but a "toothless tiger"
Gerakan:- may be got a bit hope but i dont see their future

hmm...I'm a Singaporean and yeah I do know a lot about the Malaysian government.I think it's fair that the government prioritise the malays because after all it's Malay-sia right?It belongs to the Malays.If the chinese or Indians don't like it,why not go back to their homeland China and India respectively where they would be treated a lot better.If it's Singapore,it would be a different case since Singapore is shared between all three major races so any biasness would be very wrong.Anyway,it concerns me to how far the government is prioritising the Malays. The Malay Malaysians are getting very lazy and very dependent on government's support in every little things.And please tell your prime minister that you don't need more mega buildings or tallest scrapers in the world.What you really need are financial aids for poor families so that their children can go to school and change of education system!!!!Please use the money to invest in new/or renovate school buildings so that they're condusive for learning.Education is afterall teh foundation of the country.And please use the money to increase pay of policemen/women because apparently they are very corrupted and unhappy.And please treat the Chinese slightly better than years before because they are the ones who contribute most to Malaysia's economy!!!

I do agree for the most part of what you said but I don't agree on your last paragraph. So, do we need to wait until we are 'harmed' before we should start to act? Forget about the inflations. Let's talk about public safety aka keamanan sejagat (in BM). Does anyone right now feels very safe with the level of security being inforced in the country? Rapes, house break-ins, robberies and murders (and now even bombing has started although let's just hope that it was just a remote case) are rampant. And what have our local authorities done to reduce crime rates, huh? I don't know about other people, but I can honestly say that everyday, my family can't go out without having some sort of fear in mind. My family house was burgled a few months ago for the first time since we've been living there for 30 years. In addition, our country seems to have a knack for churning out immatured and stupid politicians who doesn't know better what to speak in Parliament. The only consolation is, at least they have not start to bash each other with heavy law books or chairs like in some foreign countries. Or maybe they have...we won't know, would we?

So, all I think about our government today is we still have a long long way to become a successful country and we definitely will not meet Vision 2020 in time.

The government today sucks.. The government today did not provide benefits to all malaysians as a whole. It only provides benefits to the prime minister and his bunch of ministers. Bumiputra rights? Are u kidding me? What rights?..The only rights available are for the idiots in the parliament.

i cannot name names here.. but i met one of the deputy minister appointed by mr primey. in parliament, this guy were given a speech he was suppose to read. Obviously he asked what if he was asked to elaborate on the speech by the opposition, coz he obviously didnt know what he is talking about. Then he was told that if he was asked, the answer he should give is 'no comment'. Lol!!

What exactly are the criteria to become a member of parliament? I suppose as long as u can read and write and able to say 'no comment', u pass the test.

although I'm a bumiputra, i feel that all privileges benefited the malay only and not the Bumiputra as a whole they control everything. If you look at the government officer (top to bottom) at Sabah all of them are Malay from west Malaysia, what is the rationale of it, do they think that Sabah people are stupid cannot manage their country. contrary to Sarawak almost all of the government position is control by sarawakian. That is why Sarawak government barred UMNO from opening office in Sarawak because they know that UMNO will wallop the whole things,

If I were a politician in Malaysia, I'd get myself a few super luxury cars, make as much money as I can at the expense of the people, give all the contracts to my friends and relatives, accept whatever 'inducements' and when I retire I'd emigrate with tonnes of $$$ to a country which the government actually takes care of its people. Oh, and I'd make a lot of "no comments". Isn't that's what every so-called politician's doing here, right?!

The present govt and the opposition? It's like choosing between a rock and a hard place. The only consolation right now is I don't have to cover myself up from head to toe when I step out of my house in Klang Valley. We can even hold hands and go swimming on the same day in the same pool.

In the government today, we still have minister that has hold the position for 20+ years, police is still corrupted and even involved in murder case, prices going up, pipes still bursting, politicians arguing abt 'end of mth leak' in parliment...

But what can we do? This is our country, we must obey to everything the gov said. Even protest also cannot, where can the voices of the people can go to?

Don't say about bumiputera priority. When you mention about the safety of our country, everyone in this country must shake their heads. In JB, 3 robbery can happen in 2 days in the same area, what are the police doing? When people report about the robbery, they should take action and go around the area more often than before.

I'm fainted to see the road condition at my place. Although I'm not living in a big city, I'm only living in a small town, but the roads are very bad. Holes, and unbalance roads which cause by the people who dug a hole to check the wayar and close it back, if someone drive a Ferrari here he/she'll be damn heartache! And the worst road of all at my town is the road in front of DAP office, although it's DAP, but it's peoples money who make the road. You can't take our money to play games with the opposite site right?

I agree that our PM is doing his best....i mean, ppl should stop complaining, not every1 can have anything...and he's only human...juz like us....bout the corruption, the police force is really corrupted. Some ministers 2 are just alike...and they are really gud in covering up wat they do...as 4 the political parties, every1 has their own agenda...ppl have a choice.As 4 me, i think the present government is the best choice as its in the best interest of every1. It doesn't only stand for one race...it stands 4 the malaysian race....thats just my personal opinion....

I truly, honestly, sincerely and wholeheartedly suggest that Malaysians should stop blaming one another or comparing themselves to countries of 'lower' status and start taking actions or make changes for themselves without waiting for government's order/parliamentary meetings.

I think its not only the Malays or Bummys who are too 'dependent' on the government. Too much hopes and complaints from non-Bummys only show one's dependency on the government (for their rights?). Why don't you guys just do something to show that you can live without depending on the 'rights'?

Maybe the Bummys will just lose out despite having their rights (like they already ARE, when it comes to businesses and enterprises because of their greed), then perhaps the government can 'reconsider' a new plan for them... or even better, scap off the Bummy-status nonsense after realizing that racial segregation and the stupid 'Ketuanan Melayu' doctrine is a bunch of man-made bullcrap propaganda? Most important of all, to remind them that self-importance is bad and will never lead them anywhere?

im a bumi i dont agree with malay supremacy doctrine..its so racial..i like the government better than the opposition parties i know the government isnt perfect theres nothing in this world is perfect..i'd say let give the malaysian government some more time to improve itself after all its only been 50 years since malaysian independance and look at all the developments!
