You wanna look? Try to look cool. That way, girls won't think you're a creep and maybe checking them out. And you won't leave a bad impression. Also don't look at 1 spot only. Look at the face 1st. Then look at the girl entirely. And don't try to 'focus'.

Next, some girls show off but it could be out of peer pressure or trying to look cool. Others are the more confident ladies that are comfortable with themselves. Fact is, these girls are so damn confident that you can see in their walk and 'predators' stay away from them (By predators, I mean robbers, rapists and molesters, they target the meek, weak, depressed kind). I don't think that there are many of those in Malaysia unless they in the entertainment industry or have some link to it.
