Well, certainly to your heart. Like in myocarditis. The mouth has the ability to transfer some substances into the circulatory system. When I worked with Hospice, as people at the end of life on this plane lost the ability to swallow pills or even liquid, we put what they needed (like anti-nausea medicine) in their cheek. (called buccal). It actually gets absorbed very fast. So do some bacterias and viruses. So BRUSH! |

Myth cos the virus will be killed by the foul odour before it can even travel.! But thereis a solution which is to sleep near your computer so that the virus which survives can migrate to the pc. |

To me it sounds like a myth, but these days I'm not sure of anything, because a few months ago I found out there is a guy out there in my state who invented a flying car (yes, a flying car!!!!), but he/she is still working out the bugs.

If you have a heart valve problem, definitely you can have a serious infection (from bacteria not virus) in the blood and the brain. In some people heart valve problems may be mild and they won't know it,
