BACLARAN Church... so many people everyday especially on Wednesday.... It is not the building I am impress on it, it where the most Filipinos exercise all their Faith.
Also, i read that this is one of the places that the Mother Mary visited in the Philippines.

I think that the Cathedral of the Catholic Archdiocese, also known as the Minor Basilica of the Immaculate Conception, in Plaza Roma, Intramuros, Manila, is the most ornate and intricate - in terms of its stone carvings and rosette windows, which celebrate the Christianisation of the Philippines :

Paoay Church in Ilocos. The first time I saw this church I was just amazed, I felt like I'm in a different era. It is so old, the architecture is great. It's very solemn inside, I felt like wearing a Maria Clara dress as soon as I stepped in.

Felicity???
☻Basilica Minore del Sto. Niño in Cebu,
☻Baclayon church in Bohol, and
☻the Manila Cathedral.
They are one of the oldest stone churches in the Philippines
I love visiting historical churches and I'm always fascinated by them. <*-*>

The church in Majayjay, Laguna. It is so old and th facade is wide. The floor tiles look so antiquated and yet you won't even think of suggesting that they be replaced. Just beautiful.

For my 10000th point, it's the centuries-old St. Augustine church in Mendez, Cavite.

As a child I used to visit it with my grandma in the late afternoons, where it was quiet and serene as fading sunlight filtered thru the stained glass windows and bathed the silverware in the austere altar. I was always awed by Jesus on the Cross, as well as the other wooden statues in "kamagong" crafted by the mastercarvers from nearby Silang. I had my Confirmation there, so the church will always hold a special place in my heart.

Basilica Minore del Sto. Niño (in Cebu).

Not sure if everyone would agree, but if you want contemporary gothic and modern architecture combined, there's an impressive structure along Commonwealth Ave. called Iglesia ni Cristo (Church of Christ) Central Temple.

It's currently number 2 on Yahoo! Travel's things to do in Manila: http://travel.yahoo.com/p-travelguide-2767521-iglesia_ni_kristo_church_of_christ_manila-i;_ylt=Ag3hUYtrUe6jaWrIQxJiy7BdFWoL

Felicity is right in saying the Basilica Minore del Sto. Nino in Cebu and Baclayon Church in bohol as being amongst the oldest churches in the Philippines. You can't help but marvel at the architecture and the similarity between the altarpieces of the 2 churches when you get inside.

What's bizarre, aside from being impressive, is a picture taken of me inside the Baclayon Church which shows a "white cloud" hovering above me at the upper left corner of the picture. Baffled, my friend who took the picture and I later emailed this picture to Jimmy Licauco. (Not that I am superstitious.)

ThinkTank
The Basilica Of Our Lady Of Charity. Agoo, La Union.
It is a modern basilica with all the bell sounds of the belltowers are synchonized with church playing organ.
