Osama Bin Laden hiding in China?

I got a mail from one of my contacts who happens to be a journalist of great renown. He claimed that many journalist communities believe that contrary to the popular notion that Osama Bin Laden is hiding in Pakistan or Afghanistan, he has in fact received a safe haven in the land of Uyghers, ie Xinjiang province of China. The only motivation for China for accommodating him in their own country is that OBL is an enemy of US and "ENEMY OF ENEMY IS A FRIEND".

Xinjiang offers a convenient location for OBL as it borders with both Pakistan and Afghanistan and sitting there he has been directing the war on terror. This is also suitable place because due to restriction on the movement of all outsiders it is very difficult to trace OBL within Chinese soil.

What do you feel about this? Could it be true?

Xinjiang is a Muslim majority state and Muslims will never betray OBL

Yeah, there is a possibility.
The part of China that you are referring to borders with both Pakistan and Afghanitan. And on top of that Xinjiang is the area where ethnic population are predominantly Turkish Muslims. Many of them even volunteered as soldiers in the Taliban Army. Guess may be correct.
