grate it and mixed with coconut milk and evaporated milk. then wrapped inside the maize husks and steamed until it hardens.

we cebuanos call it "pintus."

ate, try mo ang DA-OB. especial ito sa province namin. is like we sugba the entire corn including its balat. usually, we use coconut to burn entire body. is like we cook bibingka. almost 3-5 minutes LOTO na. no ingredients needed.
