Here's something different (or at least for me).

Recently tried the pancit of 3M in Sta. Rosa Laguna. Its made of soft bihon noodles with a very sticky kind of sauce and mixed with lechon kawali-type pork, with the crunchy skin and all. I can tell its saturated with trans fats but definitely heavenly.
