I like it both.
tinapa for breakfast with sinangag rice.
and daing for lunch or dinner.
**i love daing na danggit too. It's the best.
What makes danggit click? One: danggit is crispy after frying. Two: unlike other dried fish varieties, danggit is not too salty. Three: Danggit is delicious (indeed, it is, whether fresh or dried.) Four: dried danggit can be obtained in boneless form.

Daing or dried fish with vinegar and garlic. Match up with fried garlic rice and scrambled egg in the morning. Finale with banana that you give to PT and a glass of fresh milk.
Dangit is a kind of fish, small, like maybe 2 fingers and dark in color and butterfly cut and dried. Its popular in Cebu. |

I like both but love TINAPA more than the daing. Especially with tomatoes, some "sili", fish sauce and the "itlog na maalat." Hmm...yummy!
But for both, I would rather have it boneless! |

It's like deciding between paper or plastic, flour or corn, soup or salad, original or crispy, knight or bishop, etc. So I'll just toss a coin and take either one (preferably milkfish) - with vinegar, crushed garlic and siling labuyo (hot pepper) - and fried rice, with sliced tomatoes and chopped onion on the side of course. |

i like both. especially if it's a bangus that is boneless so that you don't have to worry about spines sticking in your throat : ) |

In Tagalog: "Bababa ba? Bababa bababa."
English translation: "Is this going down? It is, it's going down, it's going down."
Ha! That kills me. |
