It is very simple you have two good choices:

1) Contact the front desk and complain so they will be asked to stop.

2) The better solution in my book is; just asked to be moved to another room, and make sure to explain the reason why. If you are losing a good view or preferential room make sure that they either upgrade you or at least give you the same deal.

ask the reception to change rooms but i guess, if the walls are moving then you are in a shady hotel, going to a better hotel will be the solution of your problems.

Turn on some Rap music. About killing and stuff. Or some DEATH Metal rock. That will stop them. And if th hotel complains, tell them that the couple next door had louder music on.

So you are living in an noisy place and I understand your feelings, but if you follow the advises above : calling the police or shouting on them , these will bring a lot of problems . Not for them, for you. You will make it that these couple is loosing the face and these is one of the biggest insukts you can do. Maybe you wll end up in an hospital( when you are lucky) or worse.
Try it to talk polite and quietly with these people when you see then. I hope it will help. Athorwise it's better changing the room.

You must stop them if they disturb but if you think they are not disturbing you so stay out of it none of your business just go to sleep.

complain to the front desk or call their room & tell them everyone can hear them [which will prob. embarrass them] and tell them if they dnt stop u will call the police for disturbance in the middle of the night. tell them u r trying to sleep.
