My favorite is Jasmine from Aladdin. She's pretty and she's quite a fighter, not to mention smart, the way she seduced Jafar as part of her protection for Aladdin. She's also quite flawed as she tends to get stubborn in her quest to break free from the walls of royalty. I like her because she's strong as she is demure. :) |

Actually all fairy tales are pretty much a like, a pretty lady that got in trouble but she meets her prince at last and they live happily ever after with the help of fictional creatures like talking animals, fairies, dwarfs....
But my favorite is Cinderella because it's more likely to be understood by kids, it has beautiful moments, like the singing parts, the mice and birds and the stupid black evil cat who add funny moments through out the story, and how Cinderella was able to handle the cruelty of her stepmother and two evil sisters & the death of hr father ;also how in the end she actually got her prince and forgave her sisters and stepmother. It's simple, and an innocent romantic tale. |

I love the Little Mermaid, because she reminds me of me when I was young. Always wanted to try new things, befriend others & have adventures despite objections and conflicts with rather controlling family members as a kid.
Was touched, by the sacrifices she gave for love. Trying to change the path that's lead for her.
Mulan's a favourite of mine too! In order to protect her dad, save the country, she entered a male dominated industry and fight all the way up in order to be acceptable by others and to achieve her objectives (hehe just like me..always ended up working in all male department, too bad I ain't in my main passion but my backup interest). |
