Girl,

First of all , I think your question has probably created more questions than answers for you. I mean what has you so low and what happened that should make you so happy.

Sounds like a lot is going on in your way right now. Both maybe good but definitely some bad. The first thing you have to understand and believe is that in no way are you Stupid or Useless. If you are having these feelings and it happens more than just today. Then it sounds like your depressed and you should talk to your doctor and possibly a counselor.

After I lost my job I went through depression and have been on meds sense and I know that they truly work. When I forget to take them or if have to wait a couple days for a prescription and haven't taken them I can feel the pressure and depression fall over me like a shadow and it really sucks and makes me feel like you are right now.

I hope that depression is not the case and that something happened to make you sad and down and tomorrow will be a better day for you.

Talk to a friend or family today and confide in someone close and get what ever is bothering you off your chest.
