Starting from the wakhan corridor of Afghanistan, how long would it take to walk across China?

On foot. Also, what dangers will I face along the way?

It is impossible for an individual to cross over to China from this corridor.Firstly there is no official crossing point at the border to stamp your passport for entry or exit, secondly this mountainous terrain is also known as the roof of the world where the Hindu Kush, the Karakorum and the Pamirs converge, the average height there being about 20,000 feet and that too above the snow line.On the lower reaches towards the Chinese side it is impregnable and is vigorously watched and guarded for infiltrators,if any who do succeed in surviving arctic conditions by sneaking over these mountain passes.
My advice to you is,forget the idea of embarking on this expedition as you shall be denied permission by both Afghanistan as well as China.
