Today is about 6. Yesterday was 2.5 during the day, then improved to 5 at night. The day before that (Sunday) was 8 (hubby bought Gintell I-So exercise machine for me..yay!).
Emotions yo-yos and unstable.

morning, after wake up - 7
wanted to eat wantan mee for bfaz..but end up eating roti chanai & kuah curry ikan for bfaz...
the i feel nauseas all the way..
so, after bfaz - 3
then went to carrefour..bought ice cream
after eat ice cream - 8
i went to take a nap..woke up hungry about 5pm - 7
cooked and ate dinner - 7
yamming and eating ice cream - 8
ADD :
20 minutes after ice cream...
lying down on sofa, nauseas & super dizzy - 0

yesterday it was like 10....laughing my way home imagining kiki lala stomping on a chicken and then foraging the carcass with her teeth like KFC ad..for buka puasa...; ))
....then tis morning it plummetted to 1 after i got to know of a close family fren in JB...got brain cancer...
...but after reading replies from u guys and a call from a fellow yammer...it went up to 5 i guess...

Hello yuanyuan dear :)
Every morning when I wake up, my scale is usually 8 :)
The very fact that when I opened my eyes each morning, awaits yet another beautiful day that God has given me, is really a humble experience which makes me even more appreciative of the very essence and gift of life...
As a social worker, I constantly need to face people whose levels are 3, 2 or even 1 (..for critical or suicidal cases...)... So I do need to start off my day with at least an 8, in order for me to help these people...
On some days, it would be 6... Sometimes life bites at me with its setbacks, challenges and tastes of failure...
But I'm ok... I really need to go through this... At the end of the day, it teaches me to be a much better and stronger person in life :)
