People here in Cagayan de Oro City lines up to buy their products. I have bought their blank CD's and DVD's which are quite cheap. Some were defective (I think I did not store the blank CD's properly) but in general it is worth the price.
I have not bought yet their electronic products BUT I am planning to buy an M2 memory card soon. 1 Gig only costs around 1,400 Pesos compared to the Sony version which is 3,000 Pesos.
Yes you will have doubts but these products are basically good enough. Besides, by next year the style or function of these MP3 players would become obsolete. A year ago, 1 Gig memory card was too much. Now it is becoming a standard. Why buy expensive stuff when it easily becomes out of style after a few months? Just try to buy a simple gadget and see if it fits your preference. |

I am an American living here in the Philippines and I buy everything I can from CD-R King, they are good quality and cheap, have never had a problem.
The only problem here in Cebu is that their stores are small and they don't carry the specials that are listed on the web site.
By the way good advertisment move, free advertisment at no cost...LOL : >} |

Yup I have. I buy my blank CDs there. I have also bought a 2G USB for less than P1,500, and it has no damages and whatsoever, in spite of its cheapness. CD-R King is really practical for students and for those who are in a tight budget. My friend bought an MP3 player there and in fairness it's good. She doesn't seem to have any bad comments about it. The sound's good too! My cuz buy her web cams there for her shop. She loves CD-R King. I haven't got any informations about their portable DVD players but I don't think it wouldn't be too much of a bad risk. Hmm, but if you're really interested in buying, you can also try to ask the salespeople there. Some are really honest about their products. |

Yes, I have bought from that store many times for my internet. Their prices are really cheap compared to the other shops in the malls. Their products are fine, too, but just the same you have to take good care of them like any other branded goods. Usually I buy keyboards, mouse, headsets and refill inks for the printer. The other items you mentioned I bought from another store before I discovered it also carries these items. |

I buy blank CDR's, CD case and Lightscribe CDR at CDR king simply because it's cheaper. i recently bought web camera and replacement ink too and it was good. CDR king is growing and grooming to be one of the local IT reseller pretty soon since they are not only selling CDR's anymore but plenty of other gadgets too. some products they offer has only few months of warranty and buyers should be aware of that, it 's a good shop for people who knows what they are looking for. |

well, i think for mp3 players and stuff, branded ones are better. I only buy cds from them. Their cds (labeled cdr-king) sometimes backfire though. they dont burn or play. just buy something with a brand there. |

I got my MP3 player from them. It broke down after a month, but it's still under warranty, so I took it back to the shop. They replaced it. The replacement has worked okay so far, it's been six months since.
I got my 1-gig flash disk from them, too, as well as a webcam, headsets, and they're all fine.
But don't expect too much. The first person who answered is right. You get what you pay for. |

Yep! The merchandise are cheap compared to other brands, because the company itself produces/makers of the product they sell. So, there is little expense incurred in the process because they are the retailer and producer at the same time. And they do not advertise their goods on T.V., and settled for much cheaper mediums such as billboard and brochures; as compared to giant companies such as Sony, Panasonic, etc.; who uses the services of entertainment stars to endorse, and houses their merchandise in big and expensive warehouses that are hard to maintain. |
