To Singaporeans, what are some of the local brands out there that turn you off or disgust you?
I don't really like the local chains of spas and beauty salons. Additional Details I'm talking about the 'personality' of the brand. Perhaps you don't like what the certain brand is associated with, for example, I don't like Akira because it seems that Akira wants to pass themselves off as a Japanese brand to confuse consumers from its inferior quality.

i agree with you. the sales personnel are so pushy..bluff people with promotion and when you get there, try very very hard to persuade you to sign up for packages. and if you insist on your stand, you can see the salesgirl's face immediately sulked....

Actually, Singapore has became a BRAND!
But the one that really put me off is the brand DODO, the fishball and food maker. Their advertisement and song is really of no taste and disgusting!
