yeah, i know your inquiries are hypothetical.so, i may say i had prepared my place for the afterlife the past 20 years. I'd ordered a huge pyramid built and a gold sarcophagus (stone coffin) for my body and 4 sacred jade jars for my internal organs.
I know what some may think, take the treasures! yeah, the golds, i included platinum now, and titanium, and the gems, (no, there not bought from quiapo) they are imported from various foreign mines in ceylon (rubies) and africa (diamonds),some are from the phlippines, they call it crystal "salt"(?) and the "antique" jars i have loved that sustained my royal courts with the best of beverages, so i will keep. They are from coke, pepsi, wilkins and absolute, oh ,yes, some viagra too. No, you can not rob them because it will be protected by curses made of radioactive waste and toxins created by the undoings of man to the environment.And the goooolds and other important asseeeets are not to be found in the toooomb but in my secret swiss baaaank account in binondooooo.But if anyone did got so far to open my coffin, Behold, look under the cover or crown, and if you are able to decipher the hieroglyphics , there is written, "free", look for the security number so that you can claim whatever prize/s is indicated at your sari sari malls.But I'm warning you....do not anger my soul by taking also my beloved possession i will take in the afterlife, which are the following:"pirated"dvd of "the mummy 1 & 2", my collection of FHM philippine edition,(the book of the dead is already in the egyptian national museum) and the pair of "bikining itim"and black high heeled boots of my wife. If ever you did violated this, I will curse your *****to smell of salted fish or "patis".So be gone! (Whoooooohhhhssss!)
seriously, muslim deads are not placed in any sort of coffins but wrapped in white cloth, just like Jesus of Nazareth (peace be on Him)

I want a vampire coffin. You know, the one shaped like a long hexagon. I want it made of fiber glass or chrome, something black with red accents and some other wiccan carvings. Then I want to be wearing a black dress, and have my lips painted dark red.
I want the world to know that a witch has just gone to the other side. Hehe!
Though... not anytime soon, please? I still have to get a PhD. :D

Mine would be a carved or hollowed pine trunk, just like those hanging coffins in Sagada, as it can also be burned with me during cremation.

I want to be cremated anyways so they can put wrap me in jollibee styrofoam containers for all I care.

But if I don't have ANY OTHER CHOICE but to be in a coffin, I want it to be shaped like a capsule. You know like the one Michael Jackson was caught sleeping in.
