Get up, make sure you dont look like you're going to give them trouble, make sure you have everyone from your table coming with you, and speedwalk (run if you have to, but being calm helps alot) right outta there.
If you care about the bill, come back a couple days later and pay. Chances are as soon as they know who you are they'll say "It's on the house" anyway.
If you think you need councelling, which is probably unnessesary, get some and find out.

This is a really weird question, because it seems so hypothetical. If you really do end up in a place like that in China, then the price of that meal would've cost less than 1 Dollar (US). So, you shouldn't even worry about the food. Also, almost all of the low-class places in China have you pay after you eat. Only lower middle class establishments have a pay before you eat policy and those places almost never have this kind of trouble. Plus, why would these "fighting" gangsters overturn your table? I thought they were supposed to be fighting each other? I don't know. Everytime I've seen people in China get into arguments, they focus on each other. They don't run around the place overturning tables. Especially, if you're not part of the argument.
