I'm not sure what you mean by "status" . . .

Currency would not effect my decision to travel somewhere.

Language would not effect my decision to travel somewhere.

Cultural is part of why I like to travel to different places.

Religion is also part of why I like to travel to different places.

Weather MIGHT effect WHEN I travel, but not IF I go there.

Health concerns would be a factor if there was an outbreak of some horrible disease at the moment, but otherwise they would not influence my travel.

Political unrest would absolutely effect my travel. If I cannot expect relative safety then I would not travel there. That is with the understanding that normal levels of street crime, etc. are expected anywhere.

It kind of goes hand in hand doesn't it?
You can't have one without the other.
Personally, currency & budget plays a huge role more than anything. Cultural, religions are beside the point and not that big a matter; just be more sensitive towards their culture ~ that's all=P
Political is another factor such as the crisis in the Middle East, Indonesia *certain parts*, Thailand, etc. Weather again is not that big of a deal.
Health-wise... definitely. You can't enjoy anything if you're sick or anything.
As for status, depends if you're that type of person who likes to be wined & dined, be seen at all the "hot" spots, bask in luxury, etc. For the average tourist, one can still see much of the world if they travelled smart.
