What's the best and worst birthday gift you've ever received?

Best: I turned 21 in iraq in 2003. My fire team gave me a rock, a soda can with paper wraped around it with "beer" written on it, a drawing of a cat ( the meaning of which should be clear), an orange pound cake with a match in it. and 1/2 pack of cigarettes. What made it the best was I never said it was my birthday, so that was cool

Worst: On my 8th birthday my grandmother, who a rarely saw, gave me a snow shovel! seriously! and what made it worse was there was no snow on the ground and there wouldnt be for quite some time. A crap gift that i had absolutely no use for

best - for my debut, my parents had 5 of my closest friends come over to boracay with me. they shouldered everything - airfare, accommodations and food. it was a fun birthday as it was spent with my college friends who had never been to boracay. we had a great time going island hopping, swimming, having the banana boat ride and pigging out. i also toured them around aklan...

The best birthday presents are definately cash or gift cards I agree.
Other good presents for me of course electronics.
I don't mind my mother buys me clothes because she knows my style.

Those horribly cheap make up kits you get at the holidays with the makeup that are ugly colors and make your face itch.

Sadly, I dont receive birthday gifts at all...huhuhu. Because my birthday is so near Christmas, I receive Christmas gifts instead. I dont remember receiving two gifts, only and always one gift......huhuhu.
