It is the combination of diet and exercise. Running alone, nor spending more time in the gym will not take away unwanted pounds. Nor will dieting, without exercise, make you any slimmer.
Regulating food intake is critical, but exercising will complete the package.

Brisk walking is the best exercise.. Walking or jogging, you can do it alternately. Then eat foods that are low in carbs but high in protein. Like 1 cup of rice and grilled pork with veggies plus a banana for lunch. You should comply with exercise and healthy foods to loose pounds. Gradual but worth the wait. |

The truth is exercise. You need to find an exercise that you enjoy and commit yourself to it. Anything from walking to running, or anything that suits you. And stick to it. Oh yes you do need to watch your diet of course. Eat healthier, small meals, more meals. |

Do some physical activity (like walking in the mall, cycling, etc.) for at least 30 minutes in a day; eat 3 meals a day but don't overdo it (if you can stick to 1cup rice per meal, the better); avoid snacking in between meals; drink lots of water; and laugh! Also, avoid fatty foods! |
