well, singapore is better but the Singapore dollar is higher than malaysia.

singapore is a small island but one of the most densely populated country and malaysia is big enough and one of the best education in the world. [UN says it] one is *kiasu* and the other is *kiapo.* [no offense; this is what they called it...] singapore says it "roti prata" while malaysia says it "roti chanai." singapore has psle and o'levels and sa1, sa2, ca1, ca2 while malaysia has normal exams and streams. singapore calls it primary or secondary while malaysia calls it standard. that's all. you're right. there's nothing much. although i know that both have *almost* the same kind of singaporean/malaysian food available. malaysia has paradise and cool resorts and hotels while singapore has only one popular hotel and resort which is called "Sentosa Island." [no offence.] â™¥ singapore+malaysia=one big malaysia! â™¥

Malaysia is way ahead in tourism as there are more scenic places for tourists.Singapore on the other hand is more advanced and developed and the government is efficient and capable.

Singapore is a happy place.
Malaysia is an unhappy place with rasism.
The problem is that the Malays are never going to accept outsiders as they very intolerant.
Now that they have the law on their side and a lot of opportunities, they are still not happy. They are rasists and seperatists. It's very hard to have a discussion with them because they immediately start shouting that you have no respect for their culture and religion. They threw away their own culture long ago and now Islam is their culture. But they haven't realized that yet. Also they don't know that Muslims in other countries are different from them. They think they are the best muslims in the world. To cut a long story short, the Malays are in a bubble, they know nothing of the world. But they judge everybody on it nevertheless....

Go to Singapore, at least you can have some entertainment there without the islamic police walking in to check if the young adults are drinking....

if you are a tourist, malaysia is more interesting place to visit having such a great place to visit & explore.
despite singapore is like any other cities in the world. with no place to visit except man- made tourist attractions.

having said that singapore is more developed compared to malaysia.

S'pore is a country NOT a city no matter how small it is. She is ranked 190th out of 232 in term of country/self-governing dependent territories size.

If your statement is true, a small size country is so 'snoopy' easy to develop, all the no 191th to 232th countries/territories MUST be super developed. Here is a list of all these countries/territories, which one have you ever heard of being super developed?

Singapore's govt. only seems capable because the country is way too small thus easier to manage unlike Malaysia. But if you ask me, Malaysia is worth every penny because its cheaper to shop, and the roads and highways make it logical for you to buy a car. The people are prettier and united and we can swim in our beaches. And best of all, the celbration of Raya, Divali, CNY and Xmas in Malaysia is nothing but a BLAST!!!
