I think the style you choose depends on your facial shape. Go to the ladies hairdresser that also cuts and styles men's hair as they are great at creating new looks for both sexes.

perfect is a relative word... what's perfect for you is not perfect for others. we cannot please everybody... if you're not working (since there some policies on hairstyles at work) or nobody can dictate you what you want (even your parents, families or friends), then go ahead and choose a hairstyle that you want --- your hairstyle reveals your personality and your innermost thoughts. if you're working or needs to conform on certain policies (company, family, religion, military, etc), then you should have APPROPRIATE hairstyle. Also consider the weather and the culture of your place...Just remember, your hairstyle reveals what kind of life and perception in life you have, you don't need to impress anybody... just be yourself!

How old are you? if your teen then cut your hair like "EMO" But if your older than teens enough then clean cut is the best.

Of course you don't need it black though and you also don't have to style it AS much.
But i've seen it on older guys too, i like it.
