In the Philippines I believe that it is the start of Christmas advertising, when the Malls etc begin playing their Yultide Greetings and messages.
In Australia it heralds in Spring. The colder weather is on its way out and the days become longer. |

Well here in the states all the adults are happy because the trouble maker kids can go back to school. Instead of running around vandalizing people's property.
A little bit of history for you. Way back in the 80s out here in the states when global warming wasn't a factor and four seasons still remained. A lot of single dating people called Sept. the romantics time because of the saying "September Rain". |

For some, it signifies the start of the much-anticipated Christmas season countdown.
For Bicolanos, it's the celebration of the Penafrancia Festival. |

that's the time it signifies christmas is just over the mountains..and a few more months we would be having fun with red colors, xmas decors, reunions and presents.
that time of year when everyone seems to be worry-free and everyone seems to like each other.
as for down under,it's the start of spring. winter is over, gone with the dark and gloomy shirts and jumpers, on with brighter colors. |

August is the top month for weddings, with an average of 10.2%
SO THE NEXT MONTH, WHICH IS SEPTEMBER, EVERYBODY IS HAPPY, MOST I THINK:)
HAHAHA JUST ANOTHR SIDE OF THE STORY:) |
