Everything inside the balot reaches my intestines. I savor the sabaw before I shell the balut. I eat with gusto the yellow part/yolk. I munch the white part then I chomp or swallow the chick depending on its size.
But my favorite part I guess would be the chick itself =) What's a balut with no chick? |

i love the juice of the balut and the egg yolk. i've only tried eating the sisiw once. it's not that i don't like it but i can't do it. =( whenever i eat balut i give the chick to someone else. hehe. but hey i can still say that i eat balut right? hehe |
