Raw chicken egg yolk. Several of my relatives and friends mix it with root beer, and without consience, drink the resulting concoction straight. I have often asked how they could drink the stuff, and more importantly, why. They claim it's a meal by itself. I say it's cholesterol city, probably containing 10 times more cholesterol per mg than most animal products. |

LECHON and KRISPY PATA hands down! Loaded with artery clogging animal fat. And the best parts are the crispy skin which is right next to the fat... eep! Krispy pata is fried to make matters worse. Also... a really rich BULALO with fatty marrow! |
