Playing golf, because in the golf course I don't think – it is not necessary. I just look at the ball and swing and try to hit the intended target.
That's all.
There are no complications, no outside influences, and certainly no need to please anyone. There are no worries of offending somebody, or whether swinging a pitching wedge is politically incorrect. I wait for no one. I am not tormented with disturbing thoughts about the consequences of my action, and there is no one to blame except myself should things don't turn out right.
That's why I'm off to the back nine. |

Depends on the person. If someone isn't a good reader that would be most frustrating to them.
Personally I would say something else.....silence :-D |

I'm doing all three choices right now plus I'm chatting with my husband. Watching my favorite TV programs is also "gentle to the mind." |

The gentlest is reading with the music of Josh Groban in the background or any jazz classics, lying in bed while nibbling on some chocolates, with your feet propped and enjoying the scent of lemons....
The most fulfilling is thinking that you've done something good today, reading your Bible with ODB, and praying!
Yapping makes you think of things you've never dared to before and wonder what kind or people are those behind the avatars! |

Definitely listening to soft music. As they say, music soothes the savage beast how much more to humans who, by nature, are mild and gentle and loves music.
Music helps one to relax and listening to it is the gentlest form of activity that requires no effort. |
