If by loving American men "long time", you mean the period of time between when you first picked her up at some cheesy bar until the moment you part with the last of your precious dollars--then by all means yes, she love you long time.

Yo! I'm a straight filipino guy. I'm just here to tell you that my filipina sisters(not biological) ain't objects that you can order over the internet. We are very loving people, but once abused(especially by a foreigner) and angered, we can be very defensive and we do fight back. Have you ever heard of "warays"? they are the toughest filipinos ever. Filipinas are nothing like those girls in cities here in the US(I'm based in the US, but I didn't grow up here). So better think before you move. We are not a race of sluts, paid-brides/grooms and MAIL ORDER BRIDES/GROOMS!!

Hi. I really appreciate the responses to the question. I, myself is a Filipina and we all have our dignity and culture to preserve.

We are very compassionate, religious, hospitable and very loyal to our husbands (in my case) as well as the wives. A long time ago, women were being married off as a mail order bride however, things have changed because women have choices now. They can be nurses and migrate to the US and not condone to the mail order thing because of all the bad reputation it has in our country.

Some women who are desperate and not to put them down like women who work in the bars, they made that choice to work and live that way and the don't have any choice or ambition in life and so they wait for that American "to love them long time" - as the way you put it.

In closing, not all Filipinas like to be married to any foreigners. Foreigners flatter themselves too much because of the DOLLARS, not everyone is materialistic.

If you're looking for a mail order bride, they'll love you if you have American dollars. Of course, you'll also have to support their family overseas. If you're looking for an EDUCATED Filipina, considering you just asked about mail order brides, the true Filipina catch wouldn't give you the time of day.

First the women are Filipinas, Filipino is the man. Second, don't marry for sex. Filipinas value marriage and family very much and are loyal past death. Most were raised to be Ladies, not like the women in the States these days.

The Philippines is one of my favorite countries in the world, and I have been to a lot of them. Filipinos are a wonderful people. Filipinas are charming and beautiful.
But don't look for a "mail-order" bride there. They are not a Christmas gift that can be returned if it doesn't fit. They are living, feeling human beings. Treat them that way.
In other words, treat her like you would any girl you are thinking about marrying. If you are just looking for sex, get on a plane and fly to Manila or Cebu and hang out at the bars. You might have to wait 5 or even 10 minutes. But if you want a wife, take your time and meet the right girl--Asian or American or Martian doesn't matter; right does.
Also, many of the internet dating sites are hunting grounds for scam artists. Be very wary. Get to know the girl. Talk to her on chat AND on the phone. Make sure the one you chat with is the girl you see on the cam. Call her cell while she is on webcam and see if she answers.
Make sure she really is a girl, too. Bakla are everywhere.

They will take care of you forever, but lest me warn you, they are very over perceptive and one wrong move and she will leave any way she can even if it means your death. What you are talking about is marrying a housemaid or Jollibee worker who don't look good enough to pass for a bar-girl. Best is if you two can communicate with each other.Want for mail order bride, check the websites, they offer lots of them, the higher the price or assets you have, the more you can choose. If you hear they love american men, long time, it's a case to case basis. But it's always when your dough is consumed, they go for greener pastures.I'm not pertaining to filipinas only. to be somewhat certain you get a good wife, keep the rule that similarity with each other has a more stable relationship. So, you two should not be distant in many aspects of your life, financially,

Filipinas are a very special breed. No offense intended. They are innocent looking, shy, always smiling. but do not let this fool you. They know a lot more than what they might make you think they do. And Shy they are untill they built enough confidence to put you in your place when you are wrong. Filipinas are natuarly nurturing, family oriented women. But like anywhere in the world. There are good Filipinas and there are bad Filipinas. Don't be a fool to just pick your girl for her looks. Get to know her fully and make sure she is as compatible to you as you are to her. A Filipina girl will marry an American as much as she will marry any other man from any part of the world that will take care of her and all her needs. This does not make her a bad person, just one with needs. Women of all nationalities will do the same. Women will take as much as they can from you but some will give their everything for you as well. This is what a Filipina woman is. Your advantage is (If you are American, presumingly white-caucacion), you are from one of the riches countries of the world, possibly being able to give her a better lifestyle than she might already have. Your white genes will provide a good offspring. (For some erroniouse reason, Filipinos think lighter skin is an improvement to their kind). Westerners in general treat their women better than the men in the Philippines. Oh! and please don't use this as an excuse to mistreat your future to be lady. So a word to the wise, if you meet the one you think ,ight be Ms. right, please get to know each other before you decide to take her in as your bride. by mail or not.
