Not depressing because it's sad, it's depressing because it's so HORRIBLE.

It's a Hari Raya song I don't by whom. I heard it last 2 years, I think, when my family and I were on our way back home and it was 1 or 2 in the morning.
The radio was on and this song came up. It was HORRIBLE!!!! The singer sounded neither like a man or a woman.
Only when it had ended did I notice the whole car had gone quiet all the while the song was playing.

That's the only time I've ever heard it on radio. If there was any accident anywhere that night, no doubt it was because of that song.

circa 1970 there was a song called "d.o.a." sung autobiographicly in real time as the singer rides in a ambulavce reaching the hospitol Dead On Arrival !cant get more depressing than that .. and it wasnt even a country song !!! lol..... oh i once heard k.d. lang sing "crying".. that couldnt have been more meloncoley !

for me "Vincent" by Don McLean
Its about the life of the great artist Vincent Van Gogh.. especially his work titled "Stary Night" ..he used to paint abstract designs, but people his times don't understand what his trying to express they say he is out of his mind,, maybe because of depression and lack of attention he cut off ear and gave to a prostitute and kill his self in the middle of the field...they say so...
